GLASSBREAKER AWARD 2023
In 2023 Amplify Her® Foundation honored Tarana Burke, Founder of the Me Too Movement and a pioneer in driving social change and women’s leadership, with the inaugural GlassBreaker Award. New York State Attorney General Letitia James gave opening remarks to the hundreds gathered at The Museum at the City of New York. At the event Amplify Her® Foundation also unveiled a comprehensive research report on women’s leadership, If She Can Make It Here, and a panel of esteemed women leaders joined an interactive dialogue to dive deep into the report's findings and discuss actionable interventions that empower women and girls in underserved communities. This year’s GlassBreaker Award recipient will be honored at the ‘Give to Women and Girls Day’ NYC celebration at New-York Historical Society on October 11, 2024.
